Q500 NAILER
Guide for Replacement Parts

Two distinct series of Q500 Nailers were manufactured, distinguished by the system used to lock the plunger in place. The original series used a jam-nut system and the improved series uses a spring-pin system. It is important to specify the nailer's series when ordering parts. Most of the parts are the same between the two series; the differences are noted in the table below:
