H300 & H330 NAILERS
Guide for Replacement Parts

A new "L" feeder and guide assembly (Patented) was introduced in 1999. The redesigned assembly provides support to the cleat both front & back during striking, preventing bending on second or third stroke. Its open path allows clearing jams easily, without opening the tool.

The older configuration is no longer available and some parts have been discontinued. The UPGRADE kit H-987 is available for tool manufactured before Jan 99.

COMPATIBILITY GUIDE

All H300 & H330 nailers manufactured before Jan 99 use a conventional feeder & guide assembly. The parts below are not compatible with the new feeder & guide assembly. These parts have been discontinued, but the H-987 UPGRADE is available to convert existing tools to the new configuration. Contact us for more information.

H-008 Plastic base Not compatible with H-087 reinforcement block, but it can be easily modified to fit (see Technical Note).
H-044 Foot Not compatible with new H-087 reinforcement block.
H-243 "L" gate Not compatible with new feeder channel H-150.
H-050 "L" feeder channel Not compatible with new gate H-343.

H-987 UPGRADE

All H300 & H330 manufactured since Jan 99 use a new feeder & guide assembly. The H-987 kit allows to install the new configuration on tool manufactured before Jan 99. It consists of all these parts:
H-108 Plastic base Will fit all H300 & H330 nailers.
H-144 Foot Required for new H-087 reinforcement block.
H-343 "L" gate Not compatible with old feeder channel H-050.
H-150 "L" feeder channel Not compatible with old gate H-243.
H-087 Reinforcement block Requires H-108 (or modified H-008), H-144, H-343 & H-150.
