This tool requires minimal lubrication. Use only detergent-free oil such as Primatech P-090. Few drops of oil weekly in the air inlet is sufficient. Other types of lubricant may degrade the seals.

Never STEEL end

CAUTION !

The P260 Pneumatic Stapler is designed to be operated with either a 2.5 lbs or a 3.5 lbs mallet. Use only the rubber end of the mallet to actuate the tool. The use of the steel end will damage the head assembly and will VOID the warranty.

 

Piston ring is a wear part that should last over 1,000,000 cycles (about 200,000 sq.ft.) under normal use. Dirt or particles in the compressed air may lessen its life.

It is recommended to replace this part if the tool needs to be opened for servicing and has been in use for some time.
