BASE ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION

P250 Articulated, dual action and fully adjustable base, for 5/8" to 33/32". The foot rests firmly against the tip of the tongue, while the cam operated base plate adjuster maintains a consistent angle of penetration. Prevents damaging the top surface of the flooring material and enables precise snug nailing or stapling right into the nail pocket of the board. No shims required for a perfect fit each time. The result: controlled consistent penetration and perfect accuracy. Improved workmanship, defect-free result, speedier flooring operation, better consumer satisfaction.

VALVE ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION

New generation PRIMPACT reciprocal striking system. The ultimate in precision fastening, the PRIMPACT has minimal moving parts operating in "solid state" mode. Regulates the depth of penetration independently from the mallet impact on valve nose. Consistent operation, easier triggering, reliability and flooring material protection.

Close-tolerance parts assembly and new valve cylinder design. Enables interchangeability of parts between same generation units, through extremely low tolerance in parts manufacturing. Reduced downtime, quick re-activation on the job.
